Electricity production is the leading cause of industrial air pollution in the United States, and is responsible for 40 percent of the nation's carbon emissions!

Daybreak Canyon is the first "green" residential treatment center in the country.  Licensed by the state of Idaho to work with troubled boys ages 12-17 that are struggling with a variety of emotional and behavioral issues.  Our clients receive a high level of support and supervision from well trained, experienced and educated staff.

Daybreak Canyon is located 40 miles south of Twin Falls, Idaho.  The program is situated on 160 scenic acres.  The facility is completely off the grid, uses renewable energy sources, composts, gardens, recycles and much more.  Conservation plays a key role in our program and helps youth work on understanding cause and effect.
